Mang Delfin's Putong Polo, originating in Valenzuela City in 1944, boasts a rich heritage. Established by Olimpio Gutierrez and Felissima De Guzman, this native delicacy has been lovingly passed down through generations. Since 2001, under the leadership of Mr. Delfin F. Gutierrez Jr., the 4th generation custodian of this Valenzuela gem, the company continues to delight not only Valenzuela residents but also neighboring cities with its Putong Polo, native kakanin, and Pancit Malabon.
